My Journey

I grew up in a 500-resident town in Spain. As a child of divorce in a rural, traditional setting, I quickly understood the value of strong relationships, community, and connection.

 

Living in a household where communication was often strained and transgenerational trauma lingered, I became passionate about exploring the dynamics that shape our interactions.

My academic path began with a degree in Communication, followed by a focus on International Relations. Later, I earned a master’s in Coaching and Relationships, and since then, I have kept my curiosity and eagerness to learn alive.

 

I’ve trained extensively in mindfulness, compassion, emotional intelligence, attachment theory, Polyvagal Theory in relationship dynamics, grief and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Since the age of 20, my desire to understand various cultures and their approaches to connection has taken me around the globe. I have lived in many different countries and it was 6 years ago that I decided to move to the US.

As a queer individual who expanded my understanding of identity later in life, I have not only gone through divorce and explored traditional forms of relating but also delved into unconventional bonds and connections.

My commitment as a relationship coach today, is to support anyone navigating relationships, whether you're single, coupled, seeking guidance in romantic matters, or exploring the dynamics of any kind of connection. Together, we can create the healthy and authentic relationships you deserve.
