A LITTLE ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
Growing up around divorce, family complexity, and emotional responsibility from an early age deeply shaped the way I understand relationships, communication, and connection today.
I’m originally from a small town outside Barcelona and now live in Austin with my partner and our three dogs. Over the years, I’ve lived across different countries, cultures, and stages of life — experiences that continue to shape both my perspective and the way I work with individuals and couples navigating intimacy, communication, and change.
My approach is warm, direct, emotionally attuned, and grounded in relational psychology, attachment theory, mindfulness, and practical communication tools.
My experience spans over a decade supporting individuals and couples across different cultures, identities, and stages of life.
I’ve trained in Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and evidence-based relational work, and continue ongoing study in communication, emotional intelligence, and relational systems.
